one step forward, two steps back?

well, at least i got myself a restday. i can offset one weekend i work with a weekday. and charge the rest. so there. a little progress.

in other news: just learned from karl that candid records (UK-based jazz label with philippine arm who compensates in pounds) was looking for a promo/ marketing executive. then shortly found out that it's also been filled up. next week is their festival at the podium with catherine tuttle. hmph.

ugly nagging feeling about wrong timing ensues.
